Heineken wanted to give their customers the chance to explore their city in a Star Cab, opening up the best London areas and bars so they could widen their horizons and have true urban adventures. The campaign spanned 6 months - first Saturday of every month from June to December. We were asked to provide tech-savy staff to support the fleet across 30 outlets across within 6 areas spanning London.
We ran 5 interactive recruitment sessions to recruit 60 London-based Demonstrator. 10 Cab Office Staff with customer service experience, and Event Managers with motorcycle licenses were also recruited during individual interviews.
Our crew set up a bespoke cab office management system. This meant implementing a communications structure for 60 staff, 30 cabbies, 30 outlet managers and 3 Event Managers – who moved between teams on motorcycles.
